Cancel Permission form

You can access the Cancel Permission form from the Actions menu in the Holds/Perms tab of the inspector for the entity.

The Cancel Permission form enables you to cancel the selected permission for the target entity such as unit, vessel visit, train visit, bill of lading, or an order (booking, EDO, or ELO).

The form displays the following details for the selected permission:

• Type

• Name

• Description

• Guardian entity

• Guarded entity

• Reference ID must be unique or not

• Reference ID is required

If a reference ID:

• Is not required for the selected permission, click OK to cancel the permission.

• Is required for the selected permission, you must enter a reference ID in the Reference ID field and click OK.
